    A low starting resistance and 191 levels of resistance means that the StepOne has the perfect resistance and progression for any exerciser. The arm length and hand grip rotations can be adjusted to best fit the exerciser and make training more comfortable. The premium seat adjusts back and forth, up and down, as well as swivels and reclines.
