Meet the only weight bench you’ll ever need. Unlock unparalleled versatility with the Inspire Series FID7 PRO Adjustable Bench by Centr.

This industry-defining workout bench allows for maximum customization delivered by a unique design offering six back pad, six mid-pad and four seat pad adjustments. The FID7 PRO’s innovative split back pad (adjusting from 0° to 75° degrees) provides superior support and optimal comfort including lower back support that reduces neck stress in shoulder presses, improved shoulder blade clearance when performing bench movements, and so much more. Plus, a single-axis bench slide makes transitions seamless with a single hand adjustment. Commercial-grade, injection-molded pads add stability and comfort while the steel frame and heavy-duty transport wheels promote safety and durability for the most rigorous of workouts.
